O’NEAL’s Greg Minnaar celebrated his 17th World Cup victory in Fort William, which puts him equal with Steve Peat for most wins ever!
Greg Minnaar. Legend. Only one other rider in the history of our sport has won as many World Cup races as Greg and that’s his team mate Steve Peat. With 17 victories at the highest level and having competed in well over 100 WC races, Greg is on course to be the most successful rider ever in downhill mountain biking.
Greg went into Fort William recovering from injury and still managed to pull off the ride of the season so far. His race run was composed and technically perfect, beating an in-form field that is, in many people’s eyes, the most competitive it’s ever been.
Greg Minnaar, we salute you and are excited to be working with you again this season as you once again have your eyes set on the World Cup title.
