overall it is a good product, the material is thick and can be too warm at times, but very comfortable. The inserts are plastic with some thin foam and effective, however get your right size my shin is about 34cm fom ankle to just below my knee and i found that wile they fit just ok they are a bit longer and not as tight round my foot but the ankle pads fall in the right place still.

The price and quality are good but the one size must be for a 6 foot 7 Giant! Im 62 with 36 inside leg and size 10 (UK) feet and they are V large on me. However they were a comfortable and I managed to make them fit. I have used the removal protection with standard long socks with no problems. I have cut out the plastic inside pocket as it makes your legs very sweaty and was still able to use the shin guard with no problem.

alles soweit ok allerdings sind es dann doch "nur" dicke lange Strümpfe bzw. Fussballstutzen dafür ein wenig teuer Qualität : glaube nicht das sie eine MTB Saison überstehen... aber Schulnote 2-

Gute Socken, die allerdings nicht 100% sitzen
Ich bin 1,83m groß, trage Schuhgröße 43 und habe normal gebaute Beine; also keine Zahnstocher- oder Flombeutel-Waden. Bei keinem langen Socken hatte ich bisher Probleme mit dem Sitz, dieses Paar allerdings sitzt, dadurch dass es Unisex ist, etwas zu locker und rutscht ab und an ein bisschen nach. Sie halten aber echt genau das vom Bein fern, was sie sollen: Gestrüpp, Steine, Äste und Schmutz. Außerdem halten sie verdammt warm und haben mir morgens um 03:00 auf dem Weg zum Brocken echt den Allerwertesten gerettet. Die innenliegenden Taschen für die Protektoren muss man beim An- und Ausziehen immer im Hinterkopf haben, wenn man die Protektoren nicht nutzt - sonst reißt man die nämlich schnell mal raus Nächstes kleines Manko: sie sind sehr anfällig für Gestrüpp bzw. Dornen und Kletten. Bei der Stoff wird schnell herausgerissen und Kletten nisten sich bei Kontakt sofort tief ein für Waldfahrer mit schmalen Trails also nur geeignet, wenn man die Geduld beim Reinigen auch hat Mücken lassen sich übrigens auch nicht von dem doch recht dicken Stoff abhalten - die stechen einfach durch Alles in allem sind die Socken aber echt super, würde sie sofort wieder kaufen ( bzw. habe schon das zweite paar besorgt)

Viel zu groß bei Schuhgröße 44,5 und 1,86m
One fits most? Wie groß ist bitte Herr/Frau Most? Ich bin 1,86 und trage Schuhgröße 44-45 und mir waren die Socken viel zu groß. Wenn ich so gezogen habe, dass sie am Fuß gut saßen, hingen die Knöchelschützer deutlich über den Knöchel, der Schienbeinschoner fast vorm Knie und die Socke selbst bis fast Mitte Oberschenkel. Der untere Teil des Schienbeins blieb dabei ungeschützt, genau an der Stelle, wo sie eig vor Pedalschlägen schützen sollte. Die Verpackung von O'neal könnte auch etwas kundenfreundlicher sein, warum die Socken derart vielfach in der Verpackung befestigt sein müssen, kann sich mir nicht erschließen. Der Stoff an sich ist angenehm weich. Hätten die Socke halbwegs gepasst, wären sie mit Sicherheit sehr angenehm zu tragen gewesen.
