Welcome Maikel Melero
O’NEAL is proud to announce that the 3 time FIM FMX World Champion Maikel Melero is now part of their FMX line-up.
The 28 year young Yamaha rider started to ride FMX in 2005 and is a well known and respected rider in the global FMX scene having won three FIM FMX World Championship titles in a row in the Night of the Jumps Series.
„I’m happy to get the opportunity to ride for the O’Neal family. I’m looking forward to a long term partnership“ said Melero.
Tobias Hannig, O’NEAL Europe’s (F)MX rider manager says, „I’ve known Maikel since the beginning of his great career. He is an innovative and professional rider and we are really excited to be working with him the next two years and beyond.”
Maikel will participate the NIGHT of the JUMPs FIM FMX European Championship and FIM World Championship Tour, the Red Bull X Fighters in Madrid and other selected international and national events in 2017.
