My kid loves it. We got it in M. Great material, doesn't leave my kid soaking wet as normal t-shirts. He Just loves it. It says you don't have to by a bigger one to use on protection, but I would recommend one size bigger. My son 8 years old, 135cm tall, weighs 28kg (tall and slim). prefers to have his protection on it instead of under because it is kind of tight
