Qualität gut, Schienbeinbereich zu kurz
Die Knie-Protektoren der Marke O-Neal wurden in der Größe S/M bestellt. Die Knie-Protektoren sind ziemlich robust und machen nach dem Auspacken erst einmal einen positiven Eindruck. Die Verarbeitung der Protektoren ist im großen und ganzen soweit in Ordnung (es sind leichte Kratzer an der Kunststoffoberfläche vorhanden). Die Polsterung ist soweit ich das beurteilen kann an den Kunststoffoberflächen ordentlich vernäht worden. Das An- und Ausziehen der Knie-Protektoren ist recht einfach und stellt keine Hürde dar. Die Polsterung innen ist gut, die Schlagdämpfung ist in Ordnung. Auch mit angezogenen Knie-Protektoren lässt es sich noch ziemlich gut laufen. Meiner Meinung nach ist der Schienbeinbereich etwas zu kurz und hätte leicht länger ausfallen können. In Summe kann ich an den Knie-Protektoren nichts aussetzen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis empfinde ich als passend. Ich bedanke mich für das Lesen dieser Rezension.

Ich bin 1,91 Meter groß und habe mir die Protektoren in L-XL bestellt und sie passen hervorragend. Die Verarbeitung ist 1A. Die Protektoren sind innen weich gepolstert und drücken auch nach längerer Tragezeit überhaupt nicht. Besonders praktisch ist die Art der Befestigung: Diese erfolgt zwar, wie gewöhnlich, über Klettbänder, jedoch muss man diese eigentlich nur ein Mal auf seine Größe einstellen und dann werden die Bänder einfach seitlich in die entsprechenden Halterungen eingeklinkt. So hat man die Protektoren schnell angelegt oder auch schnell ausgezogen. Das Gehen fällt auch leicht mit den Tyrant, wobei links und rechts des Knies Scharniere mit Schrauben sitzen (durch Klett geschützt und gepolstert) - hier kann man, sollten die Protektoren etwas zu schwergängig sein, einfach die Schraube etwas lösen und schon geben die Protektoren beim Gehen einfach nach und man kann das Knie leichter beugen. Sehr robuster, stabiler und auch optisch schicker Knie/Beinschoner in top Qualität.

Super passgenauer und gut sitzender Knieschoner
Ich hab mit die Knieschoner für meine Downhill Fahrten zugelegt. Die Schoner machen einen sehr massiven und stabilen Eindruck. Dabei sind sie aber nicht zu schwer, sitzen extrem gut ohne irgendwo zu drücken und geben auch noch die notwendige Bewegungsfreiheit. Die Verarbeitung ist top! Neben dem Einsatzzweck für Downhill sind sie sicherlich auch für den Motocross Bereich top geeignet. Ich habe mich für die Größe L/XL entschieden. Meine Hosen kaufe ich insbesondere wegen der Beinlänge auch immer in L. Daher passen die Schoner perfekt. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis finde ich gut.
