Place a measuring tape approximately 2.5 cm above your eyebrows and measure the circumference of your head at its widest point. Refer to the size chart for your chosen helmet to find the correct size. Many MTB helmets feature an integrated adjustment system that allows you to customize the fit.

All O’NEAL motorcycle and motocross helmets are certified to ECE 22.06—the current European standard featuring tests across 18 impact zones as well as rotational impact testing. MTB helmets are certified to EN 1078 and CPSC standards. Some of our full-face helmets also meet the ASTM standard. You can find the exact certification details in each product’s data sheet.

O’NEAL protectors are available in Level 1 and Level 2 versions and are certified according to EN 1621-1 for limb protectors and EN 1621-2 for back protectors. Level 2 protectors transmit significantly less force to the body during an impact: Level 2 back protectors allow a maximum transmitted force of 9 kN—half as much as Level 1.

Within Germany, your order will arrive within 2–4 business days. Deliveries within Europe take up to 7 business days. Please note that deliveries to the United Kingdom and Switzerland may take longer due to import processing.

If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Log in to your customer account and submit a return request. We will then provide you with a return label. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will refund the purchase amount to your original payment method. Please note that we can only accept unworn and unused items.
