Your sponsorship contract with O'NEAL
1.
This agreement
commences on the date of acceptance by O'NEAL Europe. The O'NEAL commitment is as follows:

O'NEAL Europe agrees to provide the RIDER with a specific discount on all O'NEAL apparel and accessories as listed below

The DRIVER undertakes not to disclose any information about his discount to third parties (e.g. dealers, other drivers, etc.).
3.1
The FAHRER will use, promote and support O'NEAL's guidelines.
4.
The RIDER will promote O'NEAL to the best of his knowledge and will conduct himself in a professional manner at all times. The DRIVER will not do anything to damage the name and/or reputation of O'NEAL and/or its products, nor will the DRIVER engage in any activity that could embarrass or harm O'NEAL.
5.
The RIDER grants O'NEAL the unrestricted right to use the RIDER's name, photograph or image to promote and/or advertise O'NEAL/Azonic products.
6.
The RIDER should post something monthly with their O'NEAL/Azonic products on social media with the hashtags #ONEAL #ENJOYTHERIDE #ONEOFUS #ONEALRIDERS and follow O'NEAL on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
7.
The RIDER understands that bicycle and motorcycle apparel is designed for better appearance and protection, the RIDER further agrees that injuries may occur despite wearing O'NEAL products.
8.
The RIDER and the RIDER's family agree to indemnify O'NEAL against any liability that the RIDER may incur during the term of this agreement. This includes any accident or injury to the RIDER, spectators, mechanics and/or any person or property.
9.
O'NEAL may terminate this agreement at any time without giving reasons and/or in the event of non-compliance with the aforementioned conditions by the RIDER.
