Adolf Silva

The Road Ahead

From the small dirt jumps near Barcelona to the biggest freeride stages in the world, Adolf has never done anything half-heartedly. His riding style turned heads, but his heart and energy made him a true inspiration - for riders and fans all over the world.

In October 2025, Adolf suffered a serious crash at the Red Bull Rampage while doing what he loves most: pushing the limits and going full throttle. The impact resulted in a severe spinal cord injury that has paralyzed him below the chest ever since.

It is still unclear what the future holds - but one thing is certain: Adolf's fighting spirit is unbroken.

This is the same rider who once came back from a coma and recovered from a broken femur to go on to land world firsts and inspire a generation. The challenge is greater this time - but so is the support behind him.

In order to support Adolf, the Road 2 Recovery Foundation launched a fundraising campaign - a charitable organization that helps injured professional athletes on their road to recovery.

Adolf's path forward will be long and demanding - daily therapies, special aids, home modifications and continuous medical care.

Every euro donated goes directly towards his recovery: from rehabilitation measures and medical transportation to special mobility equipment and home adaptations for long-term independence.

And now Aertime and O'NEAL have joined forces to set an example - with a Adolf Silva saddle and shirt collection limited to 80 pieces.

💥 The entire profit from this exclusive collaboration goes directly to Adolf's recovery.

Anyone who knows Adolf knows his smile, his energy and his warmth off the bike.

Now it's up to us to give him some of it back.

Every donation, every purchase and every message of support strengthens Adolf's fighting spirit and gives him the best chance to rebuild his life.

Because the Ride Loco Spirit lives on - and we are not giving up.

"After my first days in the hospital, I want to thank everyone for their thoughts. I injured my lower back, and my focus is now fully on my recovery. It’s an incredible feeling to have my family here and to feel all the support from you."

Despite the severity of the accident, we are relieved by the latest news and Adolf's positive outlook for the future. What we saw was without doubt one of the heaviest crashes in the history of the Rampage - and yet Adolf's strength and fighting spirit impresses us once again.

We now wish him the necessary rest and time to fully recover. The entire MTB community is behind him - in his thoughts, with support and full of hope for a speedy recovery.

Stay strong, Loco. ❤️
