El modelo 5SRS SURGE cumple o supera los requisitos de la norma de homologación europea ECE 22.06.

Se trata de la última versión de la norma de ensayo ECE R22 para cascos de motocicleta, válida desde el 01.01.2020, que especifica y prueba, entre otras cosas, la absorción mínima de energía de impacto, la resistencia a la penetración de la carcasa exterior, la resistencia de la correa de la barbilla y el cierre y otros criterios de seguridad, como la calidad óptica impecable de cualquier visera instalada. Los cascos certificados deben llevar la marca correspondiente, por ejemplo, una etiqueta de prueba en la correa de la barbilla..

Aumenta la seguridad global de la nueva generación de cascos incrementando de 6 a 18 el número de puntos cubiertos en las pruebas de impacto y diferenciando la velocidad a la que se realizan.
